Job Description
This is a seasonal position to provide Sun N Fun guests with excellent customer service and support to YWCA staff. Duties include handling phone calls, welcoming guests, and providing information about YWCA's programs and services.
Requirements
- Answer internal and external telephone calls
- Welcome on-site guests and handle their needs personally
- Process guest transactions
- Lead guests on tours of the facility
- Maintain accurate guest database and generate letters and e-mails
- Perform office duties such as typing, mailing, filing, and collating materials
- Create reports, letters, e-mails, and other documents
- Maintain and assist users of fax and copy machines
- Cash handling and daily cash drawer balancing
