Lifeguard - Level I

Lifeguards maintain constant pool surveillance, enforce pool rules, and provide first aid when required. They prioritize excellent customer service and ensure the safety of patrons. Lifeguards attend trainings and ongoing in-services to prioritize safety.

Requirements

• Lifeguard certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days
• Must be at least 15 years of age
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Skilled in lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Physical stamina to work irregular hours and lift equipment
