Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee the timely and efficient facilities maintenance and development of the parish/school facilities, providing direct and indirect services for maintenance of the facilities by liaising with administration and Diocesan offices, organizing and supervising the work of paid maintenance staff, and contracting with outside vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Maintenance of All Building Systems and Structures
• Maintenance of Property
• Conducts annual property inspections
• Prepares accurate and timely reports
• Maintains library of floor plans, blueprints, equipment manuals and warranties
• Initiates energy conservation measures
• Assigns duties and monitors quality of work
• Ensures all set-ups for school events and hall rentals are completed
• Interfaces with staff/managers to receive information regarding maintenance needs
• Develops, implements, and monitors department budget
• Liaison with outside agencies on property matters
• Supervision of Maintenance Staff
