Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the timely and efficient facilities maintenance and development of parish/school facilities, providing direct and indirect services for the maintenance of the facilities by liaising with appropriate members of parish/school administration and Diocesan offices, organizing and supervising the work of paid maintenance staff, and contracting with outside vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings
• Associate's degree in engineering, facilities management or closely related field and three (3) to five (5) years related experience
• Knowledge of landscaping, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning systems, refrigeration, electrical, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other generally understood maintenance skills
