The Maintenance Worker provides mechanical repair, general maintenance, and handyman services to buildings, equipment, and property within the Diocese of Orlando. They are responsible for routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, janitorial support, and maintaining overall building cleanliness and safety. Requirements
- CATHOLIC FAITH
- Understanding of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Ability to diagnose and repair minor equipment
- Knowledge of hazard control and safety equipment
- Working knowledge of building systems
- Willingness to pass background screening and training
- Availability for evening and weekend work
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, etc.)
