Maintenance Worker

The Maintenance Worker provides a range of services for building, equipment, and property, including mechanical repair, general maintenance, and handyman work. Requirements

• CATHOLIC FAITH
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Repair skills (minor equipment)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines
• Working knowledge of all building systems and HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
