Facilities Maintenance Technician (Part Time)

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing a range of services including mechanical repair, general maintenance, and handyman work, supporting Church, Family Life Center, and other parish properties. This role includes operating and maintaining audio-visual equipment, assisting with events, and ensuring building safety and functionality. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with safety regulations
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Knowledge of building maintenance practices
• Ability to work alone and in a team
