Job Description
The School Counselor will provide advising, counseling, and educational services to students, offering crisis intervention, and assisting with classroom guidance. They will work collaboratively with teachers and the school administration to support student mental health, academic success, and behavioral interventions.
Requirements
- Masters' degree in Counseling or related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in related field
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance
- Knowledge of psychological research methods
- Respect for the Catholic Church
- Maintain public behavior consistent with Church's mission
- Proficiency in mathematics
- Strong communication skills
