Change Management Coordinator

Zachry Group is seeking a Construction Coordinator (Change Management) to manage cost and recovery of extra work/transfer of scope caused by Vendors, Subcontractors, Engineers or Client.

Requirements

• Understand the contract for the project assigned
• Understand Joint Venture, Consortium or Partnership agreements (as applicable)
• Above average writing skills
• Estimating skills
• Good interpersonal relationships to interface with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Subcontracts, QC, Enterprise/JV Accounting, Vendors and Client
