Job Description
Zachry Nuclear Engineering, Inc. (ZNE) is seeking an Engineer I, Civil/Structural for a direct hire position. The role involves performing engineering and design activities on power plant upgrades and new projects, under the supervision of senior engineers. Candidates should have knowledge of civil/structural discipline and be able to work on projects with other engineers. The position requires strong communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- BS in civil (structural) engineering from an accredited engineering program
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry codes including ACI, AISC and ASCE 7
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to pass security and drug screening
- Ability to pass security and drug screening

- Overtime work is required
- Travel to client sites
