Job Description
Zachry Nuclear Engineering, Inc. is seeking an Engineer VI, Civil/Structural for a direct hire position. The role involves performing engineering and design activities on power plant upgrades or new power plant projects, including calculations, modifications, and design assistance. It requires knowledge of civil/structural disciplines and team work skills.
Requirements
- BS in civil (structural) engineering from an accredited engineering program
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry codes including ACI, AISC and ASCE 7 is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to pass security and drug screening and maintain unescorted nuclear plant access
