Job Description
The Material Control Specialist I is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and ensuring the accuracy of engineering and supplier data into the Material Management System. This role supports Lead Material Control Specialists and Material Control Managers, working on smaller to larger projects. The specialist must curate data, facilitate communication with JV Partners, and potentially visit project sites.
Requirements
- Assign and upload Engineering and Procurement data to the Bills of Material and Purchase Order
- Assist with report generation and data exchange meetings
- Support projects by coordinating with Procurement and providing on-site assistance
- Generate requisitions based on Engineering data and assign/submit to Procurement
