Job Description
Procurement Specialist II responsible for sourcing events, developing negotiating strategies, and overseeing team members. Develops and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expert level knowledge of procurement related processes and procedures
- Ability to develop negotiating strategies and assign work
- Proficiency in performing commercial analysis of bidders' proposals
- Ability to write and submit recommendations of award and conduct bidder conferences
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
