Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a construction or engineering firm
- Expert-level knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
- Ability to lead small groups and substitute in place of the Project Procurement Manager
- Proficient in performing commercial analysis and writing proposals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
