Sr Procurement Specialist

The Sr. Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationships. The role requires expertise in procurement processes and procedures, and involves leading teams, developing negotiating strategies, and mentoring lesser tenured peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a construction or engineering firm
• Expert-level knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Ability to lead small groups and substitute in place of the Project Procurement Manager
• Proficient in performing commercial analysis and writing proposals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
