Job Description
Zachry Engineering Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead challenging design projects in Corpus Christi, Texas, partnering with top-tier clients in the Oil, Gas, and Chemical sectors.
Requirements
- Manage small to mid-sized capital projects
- Demonstrate full ownership of project financials
- Provide strategic leadership and technical direction
- Adhere to administrative, technical, and corporate policies
- Build strong client relationships
- Ensure client input and job requirements are addressed
- Organize and supervise project management systems
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of project invoices
- Champion Management of Change
- Develop new business opportunities
- Coordinate with department managers to optimize project staffing levels
- Develop, coach and track employee skill level
- Develop project proposals, proposal scopes of work, and budgets and forecasts
- Perform field walk downs and data collection
