Job Description
The Digital Consultant, CPQ/Logik role plays an important role in delivering Quote-to-Cash solutions for Zaelab's enterprise clients. This role supports the design, configuration, and implementation of CPQ, product configuration, pricing, and ordering workflows across platforms such as ServiceNow (Logik.ai) and adjacent commerce ecosystems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or technical implementation roles
- Experience with CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or product configuration solutions
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Logik.ai, or similar CPQ platforms
- Exposure to integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, or commerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, REST APIs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
