The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for Zaelab’s clients, focusing on driving measurable performance through Google Ads and Bing Ads while building strong, trusted client relationships.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and implement data-driven optimizations
- Lead or support biweekly client meetings focused on performance reviews, insights, and optimization discussions
- Maintain regular client communication, sharing updates, recommendations, and next steps
- Identify and proactively implement opportunities to improve account performance
- Audit existing and legacy campaign structures and quickly identify areas for impact
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional team members to align on priorities, delivery, and client needs
- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail
- Ensure clear ownership and thorough follow-through on action items and recommendations
