Job Description
We are looking for department managers for the shift operation in our warehouse logistics. In this role, you are responsible for the operational management of your department and the professional and disciplinary leadership of your employees.
Requirements
- Degree or comparable training
- More than three years of professional experience
- First disciplinary leadership experience with more than 20 commercial employees
- Knowledge of labor law and the Labour Constitution Act
- Ability to motivate team
- Good sense of logistics processes
- Good German skills on C2 level and English skills on B2 level
