Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and assertive Department Manager (m/f/d) for our Convenience department. Responsibilities include operational management, employee deployment planning, and quality control.
Requirements
- Completed training in the food sector
- Several years of professional experience in the food production sector
- First management experience is an advantage
- Structured, solution-oriented working method
- Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours (e.g., morning/afternoon shifts)
