As an Assistant Store Manager (all genders) in Frankfurt am Main (Zeil), you will be responsible for the optimal deployment of your area and in the absence of the Store Management, for the entire store. You will ensure optimal inventory management, develop measures to improve KPIs, and demonstrate a sense of our customer base every day.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in retail
• High customer orientation
• Experience in leading employees
• Self-motivation, decision-making skills, and organizational skills
• Good analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant key performance indicators
• Completed commercial training or economics degree
