Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the optimal deployment of your area and, in the absence of store management, for the entire store. You will be responsible for the personal and professional development of your up to 20 employees and contribute to the economic success of our store and its continuous development.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in retail and high customer orientation
• Experience in leading employees (development, feedback conversations, deployment and holiday planning)
• Initiative, decisiveness, and organizational skills
• Good analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant key figures including derivation of measures
• Completed commercial education or business studies
