We are looking for a proactive Working Student in Human Resources to join our team. In this role, you will help us in shaping our internal culture and strengthening our brand as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Current Student: You are currently enrolled in a University program (Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, Communication, or a related field).
• Organizational Talent: You enjoy 'juggling plates' - you are structured, detail-oriented, and don't let small tasks fall through the cracks.
• Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with numbers and can draw basic conclusions from data sets (e.g., in Excel).
• Communication Skills: You have a friendly, service-oriented attitude and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel (for analysis).
• Language: Fluent in English and German
