Job Description
Project Manager for SAP HCM Payroll projects. Lead national and international teams, ensure compliance with time, budget, and quality, and support customers with expertise in SAP HCM / Payroll.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in leading SAP HR / HCM projects, preferably with a focus on Payroll
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HR / Payroll processes as well as understanding of adjacent HR topics
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary, international project teams
- Secure handling of classic and agile project methods as well as common tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project)
- Communication and presentation skills in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- Fluent German and English skills in word and writing as well as a solution-oriented, responsible approach
