10-15 years of experience as a US Payroll Functional Consultant with deep multi-state payroll, garnishments, and year-end expertise

Several years of SAP HCM Payroll consulting experience, deep understanding of German payroll processes, and project management skills

Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification, Several years of experience in SAP HCM migration projects, Safe handling of data migration tools

8+ years of global B2B marketing experience, expertise in demand generation, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or a related field, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions

3+ years SAP SuccessFactors exp., Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related field. Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are a plus. English fluency is required
