Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification, Several years of experience in SAP HCM migration projects, Safe handling of data migration tools

Multiple years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll consulting, deep understanding of payroll processes, and very good German and English skills

4+ years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, proven experience in end-to-end projects, and strong communicative competence

2-5 years of experience in HR administration, payroll accounting, and customer relationship management

8+ years of global B2B marketing experience, expertise in demand generation, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or a related field, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions

3+ years SAP SuccessFactors exp., Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in related field. Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are a plus. English fluency is required
