Step into a key operational role as a Payroll Service Delivery Manager at Zalaris ASA. You will serve as the primary liaison for our German clients, managing relationships, overseeing SAP-related German payroll processes, and driving operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
• Take ownership of your client's service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities.
• Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
