Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or a related field, with a track record of using data to drive strategic decisions
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling (Tableau & R)
