We are seeking a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and integration of the Onboarding module, accompanying customers through all project phases, and building sustainable customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including customizing and system configuration
- Proven experience in end-to-end projects – from kick-off to hypercare
- Well-developed sense of responsibility for delivery quality, time management and customer satisfaction
- Ability to identify risks early on and proactively initiate targeted measures.
- Analytical and structured thinking with high problem-solving competence
- Strong communicative competence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of HR processes as well as their implementation in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
- Fluent German and English skills in word and writing
