We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team across multiple European countries. This role offers a great opportunity to develop expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and market benchmarking within an international HR outsourcing environment.
Requirements
- Assist in implementing and administering compensation and benefits programs across multiple European countries.
- Support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Oversee global benchmarking to refine salary bands and incentive structures.
- Contribute to the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonus calculations, and pay equity analysis.
- Maintain compensation-related data in HR systems and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams to ensure smooth execution of C&B programs.
- Stay updated on European labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze and visualize compensation and benefits data using Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Utilize advanced analytics to drive key compensation decisions, including pay gap analysis, salary trends, and cost impact modeling.
- Develop dashboards and reports for executive leadership and Compensation Committees on key metrics, trends, and insights.
