Job Description
The People & Culture Business Partner will support the Senior Regional P&C Business Partner in implementing P&C strategies and initiatives, and provide administrative and logistical assistance to various HR teams and line managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a similar supporting HR role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with data and preparing reports
- Proficient with HRIS (Oracle) and Google Workspace
- Flexible and open to change, able to adapt to new processes and organizational priorities
