Job Description
Zania is building a company to solve Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) challenges for enterprise clients using AI. They are seeking a Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to the backend systems powering both a core product and a rapidly scaling agentic AI platform. The role involves building scalable, secure systems for petabyte-scale data, AI pipelines, and advanced agentic systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proven track record of delivering complex backend systems
- Strong expertise in Python, Large-Scale Systems, and TypeScript/React
- Experience building and launching robust products
- Hands-on backend engineering expertise
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
