Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to serve as our end-to-end owner of equity accounting, ensuring accurate accounting for stock-based compensation, modifications, secondary transactions, and other complex equity events under US GAAP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in audit (public or internal)
- Active CPA
- Deep experience navigating complex technical accounting areas, particularly equity and stock-based compensation under US GAAP
- Automation mindset
- Technical strength and operational grounding
