Job Description
Director of Product Marketing role at Zapier, leading the company's next phase of growth, with a focus on AI-driven marketing and continuous GTM engine.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with meaningful time spent in B2B SaaS and enterprise GTM
- Led and developed high-performing teams, ideally managing managers or senior ICs, and know how to raise the bar while moving fast
- Strong product intuition, with the ability to debate with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities, differentiation, and long-term moat
- Experience evolving GTM models, moving from big launches to more iterative, continuous release cycles
- Excited about AI, not just as a feature, but as a fundamental shift in how products are built, marketed, and sold
- High bar for clarity and quality, and the ability to push teams to communicate simply, even when the product is complex
