Job Description
Zapier is looking for a Sales-Assist Representative to join their Sales-Assist Motion. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in technical product-led companies with self-serve and sales GTM. The role involves showcasing Zapier as a potential solution for teams and businesses through live chat, demos, and emails. Success is measured by qualifying leads for other teams and converting customers yourself.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Technical product-led companies with self-serve and sales GTM
- Experience in sales, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- Able to work a high-velocity sales queue for prolonged periods of time
- Curious about AI and regularly experiment with different AI tools
- Experimental and able to test ideas rapidly
- Comfortable getting into the technicalities of Zapier's product and API offerings
- Self-managing and high degree of agency to manage calendar, pipeline, and hit quotas
- Effective cross-cultural communicator with advanced working English comprehension
