Director, Founder's Office

As a Director, Founder's Office, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and Executive Leadership Team, driving critical business initiatives and ensuring effective execution of the company's most high-impact priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or senior roles within high-growth start-ups or scale-ups.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence C-level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of scaling operations, strategy formulation, and change management.
