Zapp is looking for a Director, Founder's Office (Retail Media) to lead the growth of ZMS, a retail media proposition that allows brand partners to reach Zapp customers at the moment of purchase. The role involves building the strategy, product, and partnerships, and owning the revenue number.

Requirements

• 6+ years in retail media, media sales, brand partnerships or a senior commercial role
• Track record of building and closing commercial partnerships
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Self-directed builder
• Genuine interest in applying AI to improve campaign targeting and measurement
