We are looking for a Director, Founder's Office (Retail Media) to lead our retail media proposition and grow it into a scaled, high-margin revenue line. The role involves building a strategy, product, and partnerships, and owning the revenue number. Direct access to the Founder and Senior Leadership Team is offered, with real ownership of a function that sits at the core of the business.
Requirements
- 6+ years in retail media, media sales, brand partnerships or a senior commercial role within a retailer, marketplace or media owner
- A track record of building and closing commercial partnerships with FMCG brands or major advertisers, with real revenue to show for it
- Strong commercial and analytical skills: able to build a business case, model revenue scenarios and present performance data with confidence
- A self-directed builder who defines the agenda, creates structure where there is none and is energised rather than unsettled by the ambiguity of growing something from scratch
- A genuine interest in applying AI to improve campaign targeting, measurement and the overall ZMS product proposition
