Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing maintenance and service support to the overall operations of Nob Hill Pittsburgh Apartments. The position requires a high school diploma or general education degree with relevant maintenance experience. The role involves performing maintenance service requests, minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance or repairs, and electrical work, among other tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with relevant maintenance experience.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of general maintenance equipment and tools (hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, measuring devices).
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair light electrical, carpentry, and plumbing issues.
- Ability to communicate with staff members, tenants, and vendors.
- Displays a positive, friendly and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a cohesive team.
