Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing maintenance and service support to the overall operations of James River at Stony Point Apartments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with relevant maintenance experience.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of general maintenance equipment and tools (hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, measuring devices)
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair light electrical, carpentry, and plumbing issues
- Ability to communicate with staff members, tenants, and vendors
- Displays a positive, friendly and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a cohesive team
