Long Haul Deployment Project Manager

Zayo is seeking a Long Haul Deployment Project Manager to manage turnkey construction contracts, anticipate and mitigate issues, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate OSP construction contracts
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Evaluate and process change orders
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, legal teams, and contractors
• Manage and resolve any disputes that may arise
• Evaluate project status against the contract schedule
• Issue contract notices and monitor recovery plans
• Work closely with contractors to ensure project progress aligns with schedule expectations
• Manage complex regulatory/permitting issues
• Plan and manage project major materials
• Provide project-level and executive project reporting
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract related documents, correspondence, and changes
• Manage budgets and accurate spend forecasts
• Deliver project as-builts to the support teams
• Evaluate project invoicing against progress metrics
