Long Haul Deployment Project Manager

Zayo is seeking a Long Haul Deployment Project Manager to manage turnkey construction contracts for long haul projects. The role involves tight project controls, proactive problem solving, and transparent communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate OSP construction contracts
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Evaluate and process change orders
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and contractors
• Manage and resolve disputes
• Evaluate project status against contract schedule
• Issue contract notices and monitor recovery plans
• Manage complex regulatory/permitting issues
• Plan and manage project major materials
• Provide project-level and executive project reporting
• Maintain accurate records of contract related documents and changes
• Manage budgets and accurate spend forecasts
• Deliver project as-builts to support teams
• Evaluate project invoicing against progress metrics
