ZayZoon is looking for a hands-on Developer, Team Lead experienced with Ruby on Rails to solve tough problems, build meaningful products, and help a talented team do the best work of their careers.

Requirements

• 4+ years building and shipping production applications with Ruby on Rails
• Approximately 1 year of people management experience as a Team Lead or Manager
• Proven experience leading developers in a scrum/agile environment
• Strong communicator who bridges business and technical teams and navigates conflict with clarity and empathy
• Deep grounding in fundamentals: SOLID principles, domain-driven design, performant code/queries, and robust unit + integration testing
