Job Description
mediafellows is looking for a Backend Team Lead to establish and lead a Development Hub in Colombia. As a Backend Team Lead, you will oversee the development of solutions for our sophisticated SaaS platform MediaStore, an online B2B service for marketing and distribution of audiovisual content.
Requirements
- Bring in enthusiasm, knowledge, and skills to support the development of the most advanced SaaS solution for audiovisual content management and distribution
- Advise and coordinate teammates to craft robust, highly optimized software
- Prototype, conceptualize, and optimize backend services for web and mobile apps
- Review teammates' code to ensure high-quality and continuous learning
- Utilize AI tools to boost development efficiency while guarding code quality
- Ensure that all development is state-of-the-art, easy to maintain, and simple to use
- Mentor others by teaching the best coding and tooling practices
- Help introduce new technologies and/or methodologies
- Work across international teams to achieve company-wide goals
