Payment Owner - Greater China

We are looking for a Payment Owner for ZFX Greater China region to select, evaluate, and continuously optimize Payment Service Providers (PSPs) in the GC market based on data and actual payment performance.

Requirements

• Select, evaluate, and recommend suitable Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for the GC region based on data and actual operational performance.
• Conduct systematic analysis of existing PSPs, including but not limited to: Deposit and withdrawal success rates, Failure reason breakdowns, Withdrawal processing time, Cost structure and fees, Risk indicators and exceptions.
• Assess the real payment needs of the GC region by considering business scale, client behavior, and regional characteristics, and propose practical and actionable optimization solutions.
• Work closely with PSPs, Payment Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams to continuously improve and adjust payment channels.
• Assist in establishing PSP evaluation standards, key metrics, and basic governance frameworks to enhance transparency and controllability of the payment system.
• Follow up on payment-related issues, exceptions, and optimization initiatives within the GC region.
