Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager at Zearn will play a crucial role in ensuring the Partnerships team achieves adoption at scale with schools and districts across the country. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, manage key metrics, and lead structured experiments to optimize business processes end-to-end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving
• Highly proficient with data analytics in Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Ability to project manage multiple long-term cross-functional projects and initiatives
