Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience hiring sales profiles in fast-growing tech environments (scale-up / SaaS / startup)
- Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality delivery (~25 strong hires/year)
- Strong grasp of what makes a top-performing business profile — and how to close them
- Sharp communication and stakeholder skills; you speak sales language
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Fluency in English (especially written english) and French
