As a Fraud Claims Handler, you will connect the dots across complex networks, lead the charge against professional enablers, and dismantle fraudulent patterns before they impact our bottom line. Using industry-standard tools, trusted data sources, and innovative technologies, you will make swift, accurate decisions that safeguard both the business and our customers.

Requirements

• Extensive background in handling Organised Fraud, injury and credit hire claims
• Strong sense of commercial awareness, with the ability to balance rigorous fraud investigation against customer experience
• Strong grasp of fraud types and strategies to defeat these types of fraud
• Tech savvy, skilled in fraud tools, with the ability to interpret Telematics data
• Investigative mindset, persuasive negotiation skills
