Director of Product, P&L Owner

At Zego, we are looking for a Director of Product who is a builder with a founder mindset. The successful candidate will own the Value Proposition, P&L for Growth, Build the Experimentation Engine, Shape the Commercial Strategy, Unlock Product Innovation, and Drive AI Innovation.

Requirements

• Commercial Ownership: A track record of owning a product P&L or equivalent commercial outcome
• Unit Economics Fluency: Deep understanding of unit economics and data manipulation fluency
• Experimentation Rigour: Deep experience in prototyping and designing rigorous experiments
• Relentless Velocity: A track record of rapid building and testing
• Calculated Risk-Taker: You are bold and willing to take calculated risks
• Value Proposition Thinker: You don't just optimise what exists - you shape what we take to market
• Hands-On Operator: You are not just a'strategist' or a'salesman'
• AI Proficiency: You have clear examples of how you have used AI to materially accelerate your or your team's product development work
