Job Description
Zego is looking for a Director of Product who is a builder with a founder mindset to lead the growth of their product and customer journeys. The role involves owning the value proposition, P&L for growth, and experimentation engine, as well as shaping the commercial strategy and unlocking product innovation.
Requirements
- Commercial Ownership: A track record of owning a product P&L or equivalent commercial outcome
- Unit Economics Fluency: Deep understanding of unit economics and data manipulation fluency
- Experimentation Rigour: Deep experience in prototyping and designing rigorous experiments (A/B testing, multivariate)
- Relentless Velocity: A track record of rapid building and testing
- Calculated Risk-Taker: You are bold and willing to take calculated risks
- Value Proposition Thinker: You think about pricing, packaging, and positioning as product levers
- Hands-On Operator: You are comfortable with hands-on execution
- AI Proficiency: You have clear examples of how you have used AI to materially accelerate your or your team's product development work
