Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in consumer products / optical / FMCG / FMCD sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proven capability in channel and distribution management.
- Ability to understand specialty products and work effectively in niche market segments.
- Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused, agile, and responsive to market dynamics and customer needs.
- Flexible to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
