Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Planner at Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will support plant reliability and operational excellence by planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance activities.

What You Will Do

Promote and enforce a safe, healthy work environment, analyze preventative maintenance criteria, create and maintain detailed maintenance plans, schedule and assign maintenance work, and review and log all work orders.

This role is suitable for individuals with a mechanical or electrical trade license, broad experience with CMMS systems, and strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Trade License
• Broad experience with CMMS systems; SAP PM preferred
• Extensive knowledge of steel tube manufacturing processes and equipment
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• CMRP or MMP designation preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with MS 360, SAP, and related systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical plant-related activities
